Cloning Process : How do Polydi Clone?
Cloning is a process used to create "copies". A “blank Polydi”, which is a Polydi that has “no marking” must move close to the item or creature that it would like to clone. As the cloning process takes place the following occurs:
For example, if a blank Polydi wants to turn into a “Panda Bear Polydi”, the blank Polydi must move close to a real Panda Bear (they do not have to actually touch). When the blank Polydi is ready to begin the cloning process, a soft humming noise begins and then a blinding flash of light completely surrounds both the blank Polydi and the Panda Bear. After a few moments pass, the bright light fades. The hum turns silent and the Panda Bear runs off unharmed. The blank Polydi is now fully marked (it is no longer a blank Polydi). The top now has the likeness of the Panda Bear and the sides have been marked with mysterious numbers and symbols. At the inner core of the Polydi, information about the Panda is stored. The inner core of the Polydi now contains info about the type of food the Panda Bear likes to eat, where it likes to live, the Panda's method of communication, and every other issue about the Panda. When this transformation process is complete, the blank Polydi has officially cloned and would now be considered a "Panda Polydi". Polydi can clone people, objects, and even forces of nature such as wind, water, or fire. They can clone anything (even other Polydi). |
