Description:
Lucky Clover is a very nice lad. He is originally from Ireland, but we
are not sure where he currently lives. He is extremely good at
hiding when he does not wish to be found. According to legend,
each leaf represents something: the first is for
faith, the second is for
hope, the third is for
love, and the fourth is for
luck. Lucky Clover's favorite color is green. He does not travel often because he prefers planting himself in one location for long periods of time. When he does travel, he prefers to travel with a large group of three-leaved clovers so that he is provided with a natural form of camouflage. It has been alleged that there are farms in the US which specialize in creating four-leaf clovers, producing as many as 10,000 a day (to be sealed in plastic as "lucky charms"). The farmers feed a secret, genetically-engineered ingredient to the plants to encourage the growth of a fourth leaf. Their goal is to eventually figure out a way to turn their lucky charm plants into a Lucky Clover Polydi. They never have, nor ever will be successful with that attempt. Lucky Clover Polydi have way more power and intelligence then a simple little plant. It is important to keep in mind that "luck" is a powerful force. It is important to note that Lucky Clover is NOT a shamrock. The shamrock is a three-leaved old white clover. It is known as a symbol of Ireland, with St. Patrick having used it as a metaphor for the Christian Trinity, according to legend. The name shamrock is derived from Irish seamróg, which is the diminutive version of the Irish word for clover (seamair). |
